Our Story
The Crewe Wolf is a homebrewer of artisan beers and ales since 1986. Our passion for crafting unique and high-quality beer has driven us to pursue our dream of going professional. We are happily married and proud parents of three wonderful children.
We are based in the heart of the potteries and have been an active part of the local community for years.
Our goal is to scale back on the units we drink while sharing our love for craft beer with others.
You can find us brewing our craft beers down on the banks of the Trent and Mersey canal, where we showcase our latest brews and offer tastings.

The Brewery has evolved from the 1980's, from
buckets to shiny stainless steel conicals and on to the new pet fermenters for zero oxygen packaging.

Our Head brewer is Mark, He grew up in Warrington following his beloved rugby league team, The Wire who changed their name to Warrington Wolves.
He grew up drinking beer in three pubs, The Cheshire Cheese, The Causeway and The Lord Rodney. He started drinking Greenalls Mild because he didn't like the taste of lager.
Jump forward a few years and was brewing up lager that he loved and moved to Crewe with his bride to be and the "Crewe Wolf" was born.
